Bob Bender: Founder and President of R. B. Bender Group has 30 years of experience in industrial marketing and sales, with an extensive knowledge of machinery, materials and manufacturing techniques. He has worked for Borg-Warner & Sumitomo Heavy Industries, and sold industrial products to General Motors, Ford, Bethlehem Steel, U.S. Steel, Lever Brothers, Keyspan, Amtrak, New York City Department of Environmental Protection, and Long Island Railroad. He is knows for creative problem solving at all corporate levels, including executive, engineering, maintenance, and purchasing.

Greg Burde: has 25 years of experience in all aspects of water, wastewater, and environmental managements, managing multimillion dollar projects in the New York Metro area. He served as President of Burde, Inc., a $15 million environmental company representing 35 major U.S. environmental companies that provide equipment for water and wastewater treatment plants. Before becoming president, he worked as VP of Contact Operations, and as a sales consultant. He also served as VP of Mechanical Turnkey Furnish and Build for Penclaire Construction Corp.

Doug Horton: President, Wayne-Miller, Inc. has 30+ years of experience in the operation and maintenance of large water and wastewater treatment facilities, and is one of the pioneers of contract management in the United States. He has provided services to many cities, industries and consultant firms in developing process designs for water and wastewater systems. He performed the process design for the first total biological nutrient removal wastewater treatment facility built in Georgia. He was Project Manager, Regional Manager and Corporate Vice President of Operations and Technical Services for PSG, and prior to this, was a superintendent at wastewater plants for 10 years. WMI provides operation, maintenance and management (OM&M) services water and wastewater utilities throughout the southeastern United States. WMI's staff provided the top management and technical leadership for two of the largest OM&M firms in the Unites States - Professional Services Group (PSG) and U.S. Filter, and have started and managed most of the major privately managed OM&M projects in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Jennie Horton: has 25 years experience in wastewater treatment including the development and management of industrial pretreatment programs. She managed the sludge disposal program for Houston's 13 wastewater treatment facilities, which included transportation, land filling and land application of dewatered and incinerated sludge.

Stuart H. Russell, P.E.Mr. Russell has over twenty-six years of experience including planning, designing and implementing municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, power, solid waste and environmental remediation systems. Mr. Russell is the author of a book on environmental systems planning, contributing author for two other books, and author of numerous technical papers. Mr. Russell is currently an Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Hard Hat Professional Services, Inc. Mr. Russell's wastewater treatment experience includes physical/chemical and biological treatment systems for industrial and small municipal facilities including system upgrades for an activated sludge treatment system including DAF and pH adjustment equipment for an IL food processing plant, pH adjustment and filter system upgrades for an IL metal processing plant treatment system; new treatment system design for an OH beverage manufacturer; anaerobic lagoon treatment system upgrades for an animal production facility in NE; biological grease cap reduction system pilot plant for a food processor in IL; preliminary design of an anaerobic treatment system for sludges from a KS meat packaging plant; and design of an anaerobic digester system for a food processor in MI. In addition, Mr. Russell has designed the installation of aeration system upgrades for municipal wastewater treatment plants in Westerly, RI - 2.1 MGD; Selmont, AL - 0.7 MGD; and Temecula, CA - 6.3 MGD. Mr. Russell has also designed wastewater lift stations and collection systems. Mr. Russell's environmental remediation experience includes managing the contaminated soil sampling and analysis program for the consolidation and construction of permanent covers for three landfills at the former Chanute U.S. Air Force Base in Rantoul, IL. This effort included coordinating field sampling staff, chemical analysis staff, senior QC review, and reporting and review with the Air Force Base Conversion Agency.
