International Daleco Corporation (Trading Symbol: ILDO) is pleased to announce its subsidiary, Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc., was awarded a significant contract for its EcoSystem Plus product for employment in Manaus, Brazil.

International Daleco Corporation (Trading Symbol: ILDO) is pleased to announce its subsidiary, Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc., was awarded a significant contract for its EcoSystem Plus product for employment in Manaus, Brazil. EcoSystem Plus is a product in the Company’s line of patented bio-organic catalysts. These proprietary catalysts address environmental concerns while being used for projects requiring the efficient and effective treatment of water, “green cleaning”, and environmental remediation.

Manaus, the capital city of the vast Amazonia region along the Amazon River, is home to over 1.5 million people. The urban lagoons within Manaus are prone to accumulating sludge and susceptible to septic conditions resulting in noxious odors because of the low level of dissolved oxygen in the water. This condition is due to the extensive level of organic loading from natural and manmade organic wastes.

Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc. put together an innovative solutions package to treat this environmental challenge. The low cost, and easily deployed system immediately eliminates odors and restores water bodies to an ecologically sound condition. The Company’s unique technology heralds a new treatment paradigm that eliminates the need for costly engineering and dredging programs and their inherent logistical hurdles.

Septic water conditions and accompanying noxious odors are prevalent in many urban centers, both in Brazil and elsewhere in the developing world.

Recently, Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc. successfully treated similar river water conditions at a major US international airport in the North East. The Company’s solution demonstrated the effectiveness of EcoSystem Plus when inexpensively applied to the surface through a spraying system. The results included an immediate elimination of noxious odors, and then the gradual remediation of septic water conditions into a healthy ecosystem.

In addition to treating fresh water points of pollution, Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc. has developed an innovative ‘green’ environmental civic cleaning program, designated ‘The New Emerald City’, which for the first time addresses the massive urban pollution problems, including those encompassed within the increasingly recognized non-source point pollution. Our coastal water bodies, in particular, have become seriously compromised; with low dissolved oxygen levels in the water, pathogen proliferation, and gradual destruction of marine habitats.

Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc. (www.bio-organic.com) is a subsidiary of International Daleco Corporation (www.daleco.com), a publicly traded venture capital company, with over 25 years of funding the development of breakthrough technologies.

Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc. is the commercialization company established to bring a line of patented and proprietary bio-organic catalyst compositions to the global markets for water purification, wastewater treatment, petroleum hydrocarbon remediation, ‘green’ cleaning of industrial and commercial facilities.

Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc., through its joint venture Bio-Organic Technologies LLC, has developed a patent pending, ecologically designed packaging system that eliminates the current method of delivering of liquid cleaning solutions in plastic bottles, a major environmental impact savings and pricing advantage.
