August 23,
2005 - Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc. is pleased to announce a successful
installation of a Bio-Organic Catalyst system, in an extensive water
channel which surrounds a large international airport in the
Northeastern United States; where odor elimination and water quality
bio-remediation were highly critical environmental objectives.
The
ability of the Company’s Bio-Organic Catalyst biochemistry to
fundamentally transform the biological conditions which cause odors
(anaerobic biological processes produce hazardous and noxious odors) has
been well demonstrated in a highly successful, and highly critical,
installation of a Bio-Organic Catalyst air/water dispersion system.
Odors were eliminated (within hours), and the water channel, including
the indigenous natural wetlands ecology of the site, cleared
dramatically of anaerobic type slime growth (the ecological cause of
many odors).
The
installation consists of three (3) 250 gallon water tanks, into which a
Bio-Organic Catalyst liquid concentrate is added. Each water tank has a
fogging device connected to a 20 foot rubber hose which disperses the
highly diluted Bio-Organic Catalyst into the air. A dispersion pattern
distributes the Bio-Organic Catalyst mixture across the surface of the
water channel, resulting in an expanding zone of enhanced aerobic
bio-remediation and elimination of odors. Odor reductions have traveled
downstream from the immediate geographical area of the installation.
The
client has been completely satisfied with the Bio-Organic Catalyst
system installation performance, and has reported no further odor
complaints have been received since the morning after the system went
on-line (approx. 90 days).
The
international airport property is owned and administered by a major
interstate authority that operates many of the busiest and most
important transportation links in the Northeastern United States. It is
also financially self-supporting and receives no tax revenue from either
state.
Attached are two Adobe pdf files which show water channel conditions
prior to installation of the Bio-Organic Catalyst system (before), and
the vastly improved water channel quality a few days later (after) use
of the Bio-Organic Catalyst product.
