June 28, 2006 - Bio-Organic
Catalyst, Inc. is pleased to announce the receipt of a contract to install
an advanced odor management system to significantly reduce the noxious
gases associated with sewage solids and municipal wastewater grease
collections. The key technical solution to achieving superior odor
elimination is the use of the Company’s proprietary patented bio-organic
catalysts that are deployed through an automated sprayer system that
deliver highly diluted coverage of the liquid bio-organic catalysts.
The New
York Times, June 23, 2006 article, ‘What Goes Down Drain Eventually Bobs
Up Here’, (www.nytimes.com/2006/06/23/nyregion/23garbage.html),
describes in detail the sewage residuals, which are collected at the
facility where the new odor management system is being constructed.
Bio-Organic Catalyst, Inc. has worked on numerous installations with New
York City’s Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP) using the
Company’s bio-catalysts to address major solid waste and wastewater
environmental challenges. Over the last year, Ward’s Island residuals

treat odors and clean grease. This new automated spray system
substantially expands the facility’s deployment of bio-organic catalysts.
